Aspiring Framer Looking for Chain Mortiser

Former Hearwood Intern 2022, now cutting joinery at an awesome shop in central Vermont.  Looking to purchase my own Makita 7104L for projects at home.  Would buy your beat up old one, as long as it runs decent. Could drop a grand maybe a little more.  Any leads or help would be much appreciated! Will travel.
