REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Full Conference fees include all seminars Friday through Sunday and meals from breakfast on Friday through breakfast on Sunday, but no lodging. Commuter rates include lunch and dinner on the day attending (no breakfast). Those attending the Pre-Conference Workshops pay a separate fee. No meals are included with the workshop fee, but the hotel has a restaurant and coffee shop, and there are other restaurants nearby in Estes Park. You are welcome to bring your own lunch.
The $50 early registration discount does not apply to commuters or the Pre-Conference Workshops. Rates include 20% gratuity and 7.7% tax.
Room reservations are not included in your conference fee and must be booked with the hotel directly. Call the hotel at 800-976-1377 and be sure to mention you're with the Timber Framers Guild to get the special Conference rate. Rates are $99 for single or double occupancy. Please make your reservations as soon as possible as room availability is limited.
The Spouse rate is also for children over 12, and is the same whether they attend the Conference or not; children under 4 eat free. Children 18 and under stay free if sharing a room with parents. Pre-Conference Workshop fee includes lunch. Questions? Call 413-623-9926.
Conference fee cancellation and refund policy:
Cancellations received prior to March 15: 75% refunded
Cancellations received from March 16 - April 3: 50% refunded
Cancellations received after April 3: 0% refunded.
