Alternative Accommodations

If you haven't booked a hotel room for the Eastern Conference, here is a summary of the overflow rooms I have obtained for the Eastern Conference. There is a college football game at Virginia Tech in nearby Blacksburg on Saturday, Nov. 11. Virginia Tech refers to it as the Hall of Fame Game and it typically attracts an especially large crowd. Rooms will be very scarce by the end of October. Everyone planning to come to the Conference should make hotel reservations as soon as possible.

We have a block of 10 rooms at each of these hotels and the blocks will be open until Nov. 1, except the Marriott block which will close on Oct 23.

There are several other hotels around the area especially near I81, but they were not recommended by our contact at the hotel.
