REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Full Conference fees include all seminars Friday through Sunday and meals from breakfast on Friday through breakfast on Sunday, but no lodging. Commuter rates include lunch and dinner on the day attending (no breakfast). Those attending the Pre-Conference Workshops pay a separate fee, which includes lunch. Continuing Education Units for architects and engineers are available for many of the seminars. Contact our office for details.

The $50 early registration discount does not apply to commuters or the Pre-Conference Workshops. Rates include 15% gratuity, 7% Goods and Services Tax (GST) and 7.5% Provincial Tax (PST).

All prices are quoted in US dollars and payment must be made in US dollars. Canadians registering by check should add "US" after the dollar amount on their checks. Credit card transactions are preferable and give Canadians the most favorable rate. The current exchange rate as of this printing was approximately $1 US = $1.38 CAN.

Room reservations are not included in your conference fee and must be booked with the hotel directly. Rates are $159 Canadian (approximately $110 US) for a single or double occupancy. A third person sharing is an additional $30 CAN per night. Children 18 years old or under and sharing their parents' accommodation are complimentary. Add 7% GST and 7.5% PST plus a $5 CAN per room per day service charge. The GST is rebatable on room charges for non-Canadians; applications can be obtained at the hotel.
